Shipments to Italy

  • Standard shipping free for orders equal to or exceeding €150.00.
  • Standard shipping at €6.90 for orders up to €149.99.
  • Express shipping at €9.90, where available, for faster delivery.

Shipments to Europe

  • International standard shipping free for orders equal to or exceeding €300.00.
  • International standard shipping at €15.00 for orders under €300.00.
  • Estimated delivery times: 4 to 9 business days, barring delays beyond SPAZIOGALLERY's control.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. In case of installment payment, order preparation begins after approval by the payment partner selected at checkout.

During periods of high demand, sales, holidays, or promotional initiatives, preparation times may vary. If a product becomes unavailable, Customer Service will contact the customer to propose a solution or proceed with a refund.

Tracking and Delivery

When available, the customer receives a tracking link to follow the shipment. Tracking allows monitoring the progress of delivery after the order has been handed over to the courier.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address, including any house number, apartment number, intercom, postal code, telephone number, and useful information for delivery. Incorrect, incomplete addresses, or the recipient's unavailability may cause delays, storage fees, or additional costs.

Any delays due to the courier, force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or circumstances not directly controllable by SPAZIOGALLERY do not imply direct liability of the seller, without prejudice to customer assistance in managing the shipment.

In-Boutique Pickup

Online orders can be picked up at SPAZIOGALLERY boutiques in Nocera Inferiore, if the option is available or agreed upon with Customer Service.

  • Men's Boutique: Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 1, 84014 Nocera Inferiore (SA).
  • Women's Boutique: Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 6, 84014 Nocera Inferiore (SA).

We invite you to wait for confirmation of pickup availability before visiting the boutique. In-boutique pickup combines the convenience of e-commerce with the direct support of our team.

Returns and Return Shipments

If you wish to return a product, please consult the Returns and Refunds page to check the terms, conditions, and operational procedures. Products must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with tags and original packaging, as required by the applicable returns policy.

Return delivery to the boutique may be available for online orders, provided the product complies with the conditions set out in the returns policy.
