On www.spaziogallery.it you can choose from various secure payment methods, designed to offer a simple, flexible, and transparent shopping experience. The availability of individual methods may vary based on country, currency, device used, order amount, and payment provider checks.
Cards, circuits and local methods
The main circuits and payment methods supported by the system are available at checkout:

- iDEAL
Payment is authorized upon order confirmation. If authorization fails, the order cannot be completed.
Bancontact and iDEAL may be available depending on the country, customer's bank, currency, and checkout settings.
Digital wallets and express checkout
To speed up your purchase, you can use digital wallets and accelerated checkout systems available on your device or account:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
These methods allow you to complete payment using securely saved data from the provider. Availability may depend on your browser, device, country, and account settings.
PayPal
You can pay with PayPal using your account and linked payment methods. If available and if the requirements set by PayPal are met, you will also be able to access the installment payment options offered by PayPal, including Pay in 3 installments and solutions in 6, 12, or 24 installments.
Any interest, costs, minimum or maximum amounts, eligibility requirements, and applicable conditions are indicated by PayPal before payment confirmation.
Installment payment solutions
SPAZIOGALLERY offers various installment payment solutions, designed to provide greater flexibility in managing your purchase. Each plan is managed by the respective partner: availability, approval, number of installments, deadlines, any interest, fees, and limits are always indicated at checkout before confirmation.
SPAZIOGALLERY does not directly provide credit and does not directly approve installment plans. The evaluation is entrusted to the selected partner.

HeyLight
Allows, where available, to defer purchases of higher value, up to €5,000, with plans that can extend up to 24 monthly installments. Availability, any absence of interest, the first due date, and direct debit methods are indicated in the payment process and are subject to partner approval. Prepaid cards may not be accepted according to HeyLight conditions.
Klarna
Allows, where available, to split the purchase into 3 interest-free installments, with automatic debits according to the calendar indicated by Klarna. The solution is subject to Klarna's checks and the conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
Scalapay
Allows, where available, to pay in 3 monthly installments without interest if payments are made on time. The first installment is debited at the time of purchase; subsequent ones follow the calendar indicated by Scalapay. The service may be subject to eligibility requirements, amount limits, and conditions shown at checkout.
PayPal
In addition to immediate payment via PayPal account, Pay in 3 installments and plans in 6, 12, or 24 installments may be available for eligible orders. Longer-term plans may include interest: APR, total amount due, and conditions are shown by PayPal before confirmation.
USDC via Shopify Payments
USDC is available as a payment method via Shopify Payments, where shown at checkout. USDC is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar and can be used as a digital payment method according to the requirements and conditions set by Shopify Payments.
Payment in USDC may be available with Shop Pay or guest checkout. To complete the transaction, the customer must use a compatible wallet and have USDC on the network supported by Shopify Payments.
SPAZIOGALLERY does not provide advice on crypto-assets, wallets, conversions, or transfers between blockchain networks. Any operations required to set up the wallet or convert funds are managed by the customer through their provider.
Availability, requirements, any limitations, credit management, and refund methods are governed by Shopify Payments' terms and conditions and shown in the payment journey, when applicable.

Payment authorization and order confirmation
The order is considered received only after successful completion of payment or authorization by the selected provider. In case of unauthorized, refused, expired, or incomplete payment, the order cannot be processed.
Available methods are exclusively those shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Any limitations may depend on the shipping country, currency, order amount, or provider verification.
Payment security
Transactions are processed through secure payment platforms and specialized providers. SPAZIOGALLERY does not store full payment card details.
Some methods may require strong customer authentication, temporary codes, bank verification, access to the provider's account, or additional security checks as required by applicable regulations and anti-fraud systems.
Refunds
In the event of an approved return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, according to the timelines set out in our return policy and the provider's procedures.
For installment payments, any refund, reversal, installment update, or plan closure is managed by the partner selected at checkout according to their own terms.
For USDC payments, any refunds are handled according to the applicable rules of Shopify Payments and the USDC method. The crediting method may depend on payment settings, the wallet, and the conditions set by the platform.
