Returns and refunds

We want every purchase on SPAZIOGALLERY to be a well-considered and pleasant choice. If the item you received does not meet your expectations, you can request a return following a simple, transparent procedure that complies with applicable regulations.
To reduce unnecessary returns, we invite you to carefully check sizes, descriptions, and product images before purchasing. Our team is available to assist you in your choice via email or WhatsApp.
How to request a return
- Write to ecommerce@spaziogallery.it, indicating your order number, full name, item to be returned, and the reason for the request.
- Wait for Customer Service instructions and, if applicable, the label or instructions for using the affiliated courier.
- Prepare the package using appropriate protective packaging. Footwear must be placed in its original box, protected by external packaging.
- Ship the return or deliver it to the boutique, if agreed upon with Customer Service.
- After receiving and verifying the item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, according to the conditions stated on this page.
Right of withdrawal
For online purchases made by consumers, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery of the order, without the need to state a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a clear communication to ecommerce@spaziogallery.it, indicating the order number, customer details, and the item to be returned.
After communicating the withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and, in any case, within the terms provided by applicable law. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Extended return windows
The standard period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from delivery. SPAZIOGALLERY may provide extended return windows for specific campaigns, holidays, or commercial initiatives. In such cases, the duration, conditions, and included items will be communicated on the product page, in the cart, on the dedicated page, or in the initiative's terms and conditions.
Any commercial extensions do not limit the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by applicable law.
Item conditions
To be accepted, returns must concern items that are intact and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Specifically, items must be:
- unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered;
- complete with tags, security seals, accessories, dust bag, and original packaging, where present;
- free from signs of use, perfumes, make-up, stains, odors, washing, or alterations;
- returned with all components received with the product, including any laces, shoulder straps, cases, packaging, and accompanying documentation.
Footwear must only be tried on clean surfaces and returned in its original box. The original box must not be used as external packaging or be damaged by adhesive tape, shipping labels, or writing.
Bags and accessories must be returned with dust bag, shoulder straps, removable components, and original packaging, where provided. Non-compliant items may be refused and returned to the customer.
Excluded or non-returnable items
Customized items, tailor-made items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, gift cards, perishable goods, and other products for which the law provides specific exclusions cannot be returned, within the limits provided by law.
Items on sale, promotion, or outlet are still returnable when the legal conditions are met and they comply with the conditions of this policy. Any items marked as "final sale" may be excluded from exchanges, store credit, or extended commercial windows, without prejudice to the provisions of applicable law.
Return costs
For customers in Italy, returns are free if the affiliated courier indicated by SPAZIOGALLERY is used. If the customer chooses a different courier, the costs and responsibility for shipping remain their responsibility until the package is delivered to SPAZIOGALLERY.
For returns from abroad, operational procedures and any costs will be communicated by Customer Service based on the shipping country and the available courier.
Size exchange
Size exchange is available if the requested item is in stock. For shipments within Italy, one free size exchange per order is provided, according to Customer Service instructions.
If you wish for a different item in terms of model, color, or category, the quickest way is to return the original item and proceed with a new separate purchase.
Return to boutique
You can deliver the return of an online order to SPAZIOGALLERY boutiques in Nocera Inferiore, subject to verification with Customer Service. Delivery to the boutique does not automatically imply acceptance of the return: items will be verified according to the conditions indicated in this policy.

Refunds
Once the return has been received or proof of shipment has been acquired, and the item's compliance verified, SPAZIOGALLERY will process the refund to the original payment method within the terms provided by applicable law.
The refund includes the price of the returned items and, where due, the standard delivery costs incurred for the order. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery service other than the standard one are not refundable, unless otherwise provided by law.
The technical processing times for re-crediting may vary depending on the bank, circuit, wallet, or payment provider used.
Refunds for installment payments and USDC
In the case of installment payments, any refund, reversal, installment update, or plan closure is managed by the payment partner selected at checkout, according to their own conditions.
For orders paid in USDC, the refund is managed via Shopify Payments according to the methods supported by the checkout and the provider at the time of the transaction.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
We invite the customer to check the order upon delivery. In case of an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, it is necessary to promptly contact Customer Service, attaching photographs, the order number, and a description of the problem, to allow for quick verification and an adequate solution.
This procedure does not limit the rights recognized to the consumer by the legal guarantee of conformity, when applicable.
