What is SPAZIOGALLERY?
SPAZIOGALLERY is a contemporary & luxury multi-brand store with physical boutiques in Nocera Inferiore and an online store at www.spaziogallery.it. We select men's and women's clothing, footwear, and accessories with a curated, personal, and quality-oriented approach.
Where are the SPAZIOGALLERY boutiques located?
Our boutiques are located in Nocera Inferiore, in the province of Salerno: Men's Boutique at Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 1 and Women's Boutique at Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 6.
Is the online store connected to the physical boutiques?
Yes. The online store is born as a digital extension of the in-boutique experience: you can shop online, receive assistance from our team, and, where available, pick up or manage some requests directly in the boutique.
Where can I read more about SPAZIOGALLERY's history and philosophy?

Products and authenticity
Are the items sold original?
Yes. SPAZIOGALLERY is a multi-brand retailer of contemporary, premium, and luxury fashion. The items available online are new and original, selected from the collections of brands present in-store and on www.spaziogallery.it.
How can I choose the right size?
Refer to the information provided in the product description. If you have any doubts, please contact our team before purchasing: we can assist you in choosing the right size, fit, and most suitable product.
Does online availability always match actual availability?
Availability is constantly updated but can change in real-time. In case of unavailability arising after the order, we will contact you to offer a solution or proceed with a refund.
Orders
How do I receive order confirmation?
After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during purchase. Please keep your order number: it will be useful for any assistance requests.
Can I modify or cancel an order after confirming it?
Contact us as soon as possible at ecommerce@spaziogallery.it. If the order has not yet been prepared or handed over to the courier, we will do our best to assist you. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after preparation has begun.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
Write to us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the shipment has already been handed over to the courier, any changes may not be possible or may cause delays.
Payments and security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the methods available at checkout: supported cards and circuits, digital wallets, PayPal, Shop Pay, USDC via Shopify Payments, and installment payment solutions such as Klarna, Scalapay, HeyLight, and PayPal, where available.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Transactions are handled by specialized providers and secure payment systems. SPAZIOGALLERY does not store full payment card details.
Can I pay in USDC?
Yes, if the method is available at checkout. Payment in USDC is handled via Shopify Payments and is subject to availability, technical requirements, and applicable terms at the time of purchase.

Installment payment solutions
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can use the installment payment solutions available at checkout, including HeyLight, Klarna, Scalapay, and PayPal, depending on the order amount, requirements, and conditions of the selected partner.
Is installment payment always approved?
No. Each partner independently evaluates the request. SPAZIOGALLERY does not issue credit and does not directly approve installment plans.
Are there any interest or additional costs?
It depends on the chosen method and the plan available at checkout. Some solutions may be interest-free if payments are made on time; others may involve interest, fees, or specific conditions. You will always see the details before confirming.
What happens to installments if I make a return?
After the return is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Any updates to the installment plan are handled by the partner used.
What does “Fast is not fashion” mean?
It's our invitation to choose with more awareness: fewer impulsive purchases, more attention to quality, product longevity, and the real value of what enters your wardrobe. The concept is also explored on the About Us page and the Flexible Payment Solutions page.
Shipping and in-boutique pickup
How much does shipping cost in Italy?
Standard shipping is free for orders over €150. For orders under this amount, the cost is €6.90. Express shipping, if available, costs €9.90.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes. Shipping to Europe is free for orders over €300. For orders below this amount, there is a fee of €15, with estimated delivery times of 4 to 9 business days.
Will I receive a tracking link for my shipment?
When available, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery. Delivery times may vary due to reasons not attributable to SPAZIOGALLERY or the courier.
Can I pick up my order in the boutique?
Yes, if the option is available and agreed upon with Customer Service. Pickup can be done at the SPAZIOGALLERY boutiques in Nocera Inferiore.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
How long do I have to request a return?
For online purchases made by consumers, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery. Any extended return windows may only be provided for specific campaigns or commercial initiatives.
Is return shipping free in Italy?
Yes, if you use the affiliated courier indicated by SPAZIOGALLERY. If you choose a different courier, the costs and responsibility for shipping remain yours until the package is delivered.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, if the requested size is available. For Italy, only one free size exchange per order is permitted.
Can I drop off my return at the boutique?
Yes, after verification with Customer Service. Dropping off at the boutique does not automatically imply acceptance of the return: items will be checked according to the return policy.
What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
Contact us promptly at ecommerce@spaziogallery.it, stating your order number and attaching clear photos of the product, tag, and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund is processed to the original payment method. The technical time for re-crediting may vary depending on the bank, circuit, or payment provider.
Newsletter, privacy, and cookies
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe via the form on the website. You will receive updates on new arrivals, product selections, and SPAZIOGALLERY initiatives, according to the conditions indicated at the time of subscription.
Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Which channel should I use for formal communications?
For formal communications or those with legal value, use the PEC gallery@pecaruba.it. For ordinary assistance with orders, products, and returns, use ecommerce@spaziogallery.it or WhatsApp.
Should I send card details or passwords to Customer Service?
No. Do not send full payment card details, passwords, OTP codes, or personal credentials via email or WhatsApp. SPAZIOGALLERY never requests this information through unsecured messages.
